For food safety and hygiene reasons, all our freshly handmade pastries are non-returnable and non-refundable for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item.

📦2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

💡3. Resolution

Upon verification, we will take full responsibility and arrange a free replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.

瘋仁谷的所有特產均為純手工新鮮烘焙。基於食品安全及衛生理由，所有商品一經售出，不接受因個人口味、買錯款式或改變心意而提出的退貨或退款要求。

📦2. 產品受損或錯漏

若您在收件時發現包裹嚴重破損、產品品質異常，或收到錯誤的商品，請於簽收後 2 天內，連同清晰的相片及訂單編號透過 WhatsApp 聯絡谷主。

經谷主確認問題後，我們將承擔責任，並盡快為您安排免費補發或全額退款。
